Finnish Spitz Puppies
The Finnish Spitz breed is some 2,000 years old and hails from Finland.
The breeds coat is straight and harsh with a dense undercoat. The coat comes in red-brown or yellow-red.
This dog makes for a great family pet but does best when raised around children. The breed is protective of the family and will bark at strangers.
The Finnish Spitz can live in apartments but will need to be taken on frequent daily walks. This breed is active and makes a great jogging companion. The Finnish Spitz does not like to be left alone with nothing to do, this can result in destructive behavior.
Training for this breed should begin early in life to overcome stubborn and dominance issues.
