Papillon Puppies 

The Papillon is a sweet, gentle breed that has been in exists since the 1500's. The dog received its name from the French word meaning butterfly due to the breed's ear which often bears a resemblance to a butterfly.

This small dog has a long coat of fine hair. Long fringe comes on the ears and the tail has a silky plume. The coat comes in white with patches of different colors and the nose, lips, and eyelids are black. The eyes range from black to brown in color.

The coat of the Papillon should be brushed at regular intervals to prevent matting.

Papillons enjoy spending time in their master's lap and are wonderfully companions. This breed gets along with kids and other pets when introduced to them early in life.
