Miniature Schnauzer Puppies
The Miniature Schnauzer can trace its roots back to Germany. There are three different sizes of Schnauzers all of which are believed to have come from the kingdoms of Wurttemberg and Bavaria. This particular size of Schnauzer is the newest of the three and is a companion pet.
This compact dog comes with a stiff wiry coat. The Miniature Schnauzer is recognizable by is arched bristling eyebrows, whiskers, and beard. The coat comes in salt and pepper usually but can also be seen in black which is more common in Germany.
Caring for the Miniature Schnauzer's coat will require frequent grooming and clipping to keep it clean and tangle free. To preserve the classic facial look trips to a groomer is also needed.
The brawny Miniature Schnauzer makes a wonderful watchdog as they are intelligent and very protective of its family and will alert its owner of intruders.
The Miniature Schnauzer is tolerant of children.
Training this independent breed is easy but they do not respond to harsh training or reprimands.
