Irish Terrier Puppies
The Irish Terrier is one of the oldest terrier breeds with a 2,000 year history. Paintings dating back to the 1700's show the development of this breed in southern Ireland.
This dog comes with a coarse, hard, wiry topcoat and soft, fine undercoat seen in red, red-wheaten, and yellow. Daily brushing will keep the coat clean.
The Irish Terrier enjoys pleasing its owner and playing with children. This dog is protective of its family and makes a good watchdog.
This breed does not do well around other dogs and should be leased in public.
Training in basic and advanced obedience is needed and easy with this breed.
